Oversee all technology related needs, plans and goals for the city of Salisbury, MD. Manage all organizational IT staff, services, systems and the City's IT Departmental budget. Responsible for developing and writing all technical policies for use within the City of Salisbury.

Develop course curriculum for, and instruct students in the Cybersecurity Masters Degree program: ETCS 685: Fundamentals of Network Security, and ETCS 686: Advanced Network Security.
