What We Do: I created Sterile Wise to compliment my current facility services company. At GMJ Services we offered a sterilization service in conjunction with janitorial. Our customers were so pleased with this service I decided to market it as a new company. Sterile Wise, specializes in antimicrobial sterilization. Most microbes belong to one of four major groups: bacteria, viruses, fungi, or protozoa. A common word for microbes that cause disease is "germs." Some people refer to disease-causing microbes as "bugs." "I've got the flu bug," for example, is a phrase you may hear during the wintertime to describe an influenza virus infection. Some of you may have heard of MRSA or Staph. This is what we do. We have non-toxic antimicrobial products that are completely safe around pets and children. The products have a 99.9% kill rate on these Microbes.Who We Clean For: We clean for commercial business in search of a high quality, detailed cleaning. Sterile Wise has experience with cleaning a multitude of industries including schools, surgery centers (including operating room terminal cleans), doctor's offices, physical therapy offices, residential construction sites, as well as commercial construction sites. Commercial Property Maintenance Company.I Grew this company from the ground up. We started with a business card and drive. We now do over $750,000 a year in sales. I created a business plan emphasizing customer service. We offer services at a reasonable cost. We then blow our customers away with outstanding customer service. Some of our customers include: Sonny's Bar-B-Q, Starbucks Coffee Co, City of Clearwater, City of Tampa, Hillsborough County Water resources and Labs, City of Winter Park, Dick's Sporting Goods, Pasco County Public Schools, Hillsborough County Public Schools, Seminole County Public Schools, and Pinellas County Parks and Rec. Buffalo Wild Wings.

I worked all areas of the operation including above and below wing operations. I was also the safety coordinator, responsible for air craft damages and injury. During my time in Tampa and Boston these stations won the Triple Crown.

Supervision over a team as well as the operation while on duty. Responsible for safety and environmental program within the Tampa Station. Oversaw business partner operations, schedules and billing.

Create and maintain a schedule for over 200 employees, Business liaison between Prospect and Several Airlines. Working with this company began my love of contract work.
