With nearly 30 years local construction experience at both sub contractor and general contractor levels, I offer complete project management skills to include front end to close out document coordination, specification compliance, document/plan processing and project permitting, as well as project estimating. I have thorough knowledge of building codes in each of the Clark County jurisdictions to include fire and life safety requirements. Project coordination with Architect and Engineering as well as Owner coordination. I have managed and or supervised multi-family, single family, tenant improvements to large scale projects, including Regional Transportation facilities, Schools, Hospitals, Casino's and several projects at McCarran Airport and Nellis Air Force base.
