International agricultural and agribusiness project and program experience. Substantial experience with agricultural and non-agricultural marketing enterprises in developing countries. Home office backstop experience with projects and IQC task orders. Well versed with US government procurement and project administration regulations and familiar with USAID project design and evaluation requirements. Experienced at establishing systems for tracking project expenses and performance. Background gained by managing several overseas projects and providing oversight of long and short-term agricultural, education, natural resources and repair/reconstruction projects and task orders in South America, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia and Central and Eastern Europe. Successfully served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Philippines. Currently involved with our family foundation and several community based groups including Northern Plains Resource Council, Stillwater Protective Association, the Good Neighbor Agreement and the Beartooth Electric Cooperative.
