Startup branch for company which had no presence in Houston, Texas. Laid foundation for operations, administration, Human Resources, sales. Created an online system to increase operational and managerial efficiencies. Extensive negotiations with Service Employees Union on personnel related issues, grievances and initiating presence in the Houston market.

Region included Texas: Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Rio Grande Valley, Corpus Christi, and El Paso; Louisiana: New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Lafayette. Improved operational efficiencies, yielding a 511% increase in net income from the Q1 2008 over all of FY 2007. Mentored sales force to success; exceeding 2008 monthly budgeted revenue, monthly budgeted internet revenue and more than doubled Co-Op revenue.
