Bill joins DuPont Safety Resources following 44 years of continuous service within the DuPont Company. His experience has included technical support to operations, process dynamic modeling, control and safety interlock system design. . He has been a leader in various aspects of Process Safety Management (PSM) at the local site, business, division, and corporate level. He is a qualified Process Hazards Analysis (PHA) leader, a qualified LOPA leader, and a qualified instructor for several PSM-related subjects.Bill’s DuPont experience has been at all DCSE plant sites. He has been a safety resource for all business units at the corporate level. He was chairman of the DuPont interlock committee that developed the corporate DX3S interlock design standards.Bill is the current chairman of the national safety interlock committee ISA SP84.
