I increased yearly revenue from $325,500 to $600,000 within 1.5 years, and brought the hotel to next tier level at PSAV. During this time I also managed another property for 4 months while a position was being filled and keep sales up and hired extra staff. Took over 2 hotels that did not have a Director for 4 months. During this time, I completely overhauled the billing and inventory systems. Redeveloping and maintaining the hotel relationship was achieved by improving the customer service and union staff drastically.
