Bill served as the Chair of the Federal Legislative Task Force for the Environmental Industries Association in the mid-1990s. His leadership has extended to service on the Boards of Directors of the Delaware Center for Horticulture, the Texas Public Policy Foundation, and the Minnesota Independent School Forum.
