At AK Steel, I was the primary HWI representative managing all aspects of our $8 million account. I managed the Cost Per Ton and consignment billing program, negotiated price increases for all materials totaling an 8% increase, monitored trials of HWI's new products in the mill, and monitored and analyzed product data. My duties also included leading a team of 11 coworkers and leading monthly meetings with mill supervisors and purchasing representatives.

As the manager at Gerdau Steel Wilton, Iowa, I oversaw HWI's Cost Per Ton account, increasing revenue from 19% to 64%. I worked with mill representatives to develop cost saving initiatives, negotiated new prices, and found solutions for complaints.

Jackson, Michigan

At Gerdau Steel Jackson, Michigan, my duties as the site coordinator were to order product, track consumption, identify damaged materials, and collected and analyzed product trial data. I prepared billing information monthly and presented it to the Site Manager in a power-point presentation.
