Responsible for the Emtelle Fibre Solution Business in Australia and New Zealand. Primary role to continually develop the business and account manage channel partners and direct clients. Successfully built long term clients and contractors to meet and grow business requirements. The role requires total responsibility of the Australian and New Zealand operation, including sales budgets and business operational budget.

The role encompassed ownership of all aspects of the Network business sector within Australia servicing the Telecommunications industy. Responsible for outside plant, inside plant and fibre departments. This involved Operational Management of projects including programming, financial control, staffing and client reporting, ensuring that all deadlines are met and the project deliverable’s were achieved on budget and within defined quality parameters.

Management and direction for a range of information management systems across the External Plant deployment team on a national basis, including responsibility for business process development, business reengineering, process training, risk analysis and process auditing.Project Managment in planning, design, engineering and construction of optical fibre projects.
