We are mostly split between Naval Academy and West Point graduates. We also have a few Air Force Academy grads thrown into the mix. All of us have had successful leadership experience in the Military; additionally, and perhaps more importantly, we also achieved success as leaders in the private sector. Academy Leadership takes the proven leadership principles from the academies and amalgamates the best practices of the corporate world into our training. We take pride in our ability to expertly tailor our offerings to the needs of the enterprise.
