Managed all financial and operational aspects for the Retail Division of DS Waters including order management, promotional spending, accounts receivable/payable, transportation, and financial statement preparation. With the formation of the joint venture between Suntory International and Group Danone the company’s revenue doubled from $400 to $800 million. Initially reported to the CFO and continued support of V.P. of Manufacturing.• Managed full P&L and balance sheet for the Division. Analyzed and presented monthly financial results to Senior Management.• Managed the retail joint venture between Dannon Waters of North America and Coca Cola (CCDA, Inc.). Administered the “unwinding” of this joint venture and integrated the business into DS Waters, Inc. in 2007. - Worked closely with Coca Cola management during this transition. - Instrumental in resolving many issues impacting the transition.
