I worked on a team of Business Analysts performing IAM Onboarding work for MUFG Bank. This team was tasked with the onboarding of client assets into CA's MyAccess and Governance Minder applications. This role was a fast paced, highly detail oriented position utilizing Microsoft Excel as the main tool for governing the work which was being done which included data gathering, analysis, testing, loading and launching campaigns.

I have a broad range of experiences during my time on my current project, ranging from Service Delivery to leading developers in the support and maintenance of web applications. I was able to position myself to gain the most out of my experiences as I represented my team during change review board meetings, created technical and procedural documents, research documents, metrics documents and other leveraged items for my team. I was responsible for maintaining an email parser which routed incoming mail to three separate partner team organizations, as well as nine individual team addresses. I honed my Excel skills to do complex data analysis based on incoming HR records, data pulled from our supported application, and used VB to create a tool that would perform heavy analysis for large groups of data within hours.I was also responsible for leading teams of developers in the support, development and maintenance of web based applications. I used MSSQL to investigate, troubleshoot, design and test a database driven set of web applications, I used Excel to create requirements documentation, traceability matrices, status reports, and related functional design documents. I used Visio to create flow charts and swim lane diagrams in order to describe system functionality in the most concise manner. I used Microsoft Project to plan out milestone deliverables and dates for team deadlines. I held my team accountable for success, and coached them when they required assistance.I also volunteered to coach and mentor junior team members across the wider company as a career counsellor. This involved providing career advice, long term vision and goal setting and representing my people during annual reviews for promotion consideration.
