Bill is a real estate and construction lawyer who provides counseling and advice in all phases of a project. He also regularly represents large and small businesses in general commercial litigation disputes. Bill works closely with his clients to understand their financial, business, and litigation goals and then develops a strategy to obtain those goals as efficiently and effectively as possible. His whole career has focused on real estate, construction, and business litigation. With that background, he gained first-hand experience seeing how deals can fall apart and how they can be saved.
