I am also an experienced litigator before State and federal courts (Michigan, Ohio and the Supreme Court), the EEOC and the Michigan Department of Civil Rights. Bill is also an experienced management negotiator for unionized and non-unionized employers in both the private and public sector. He has negotiated contracts with many different Unions. He has extensive grievance arbitration experience. He defends employers on unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB and Michigan Employment Relations Commission. He frequently advises employers regarding issues of labor contract administration.Bill spends much time counseling employers on investigations, documentation, proper employment policies and human resources procedures. He has drafted many employment handbooks and employment contracts for employers.
