Call on clients of agencies and the contracting community to present our product of Tire Rubber Modified Asphalt Cement (TRMAC). Work with agencies to help determine the best maintenance application for specific projects even if this didn’t include our material. Present on projects to assist with the application of the tire rubber material and provide quality assurance for our product. Submit bids and review contracts for materials and specific TRMAC jobs. Report to the team of progress and upcoming projects and newly established clients. Coordinate on time delivery of materials to job site or plant location. Follow up on all open AR accounts for assure payment for materials rendered.

Responsible for the development of the multi-year resurfacing program for overlay, chip seal, slurry seal projects including maintenance programs for dig-out, pothole and crack seal operations. Administer the Pavement Management System to track infrastructure needs. Estimate cost and submit bids for projects. Administer service and material contracts. Track budgets to avoid cost overrun. Interaction both verbal and written with City crews for scheduling projects, outside agencies, contractors, consulting and testing firms as well as answering the media and general public.
