Matt joined FHU in its inaugural year in Nebraska with a passion to grow FHU’s roadway design group. Nearly a decade later their portfolio of successful project spans the region. From conceptual design for feasibility studies to final design for construction, Matt has helped communities across the Midwest improve their interstates, highways, streets and interchanges. His client list includes many rural Nebraska counties and municipalities, growing urban centers like Omaha and Lincoln, and state DOT’s including the Nebraska Department of Roads, Kansas Department of Transportation and South Dakota Department of Transportation.

As the manager of the roadway design group in Omaha, I get to participate in all types of trasportation projects. From small intersection improvements to major interstate investment studies, from rural highway reconstruction to major urban arterial reconstruction.

I managed a staff of 9 design engineers and technicians working on major transportation projects ranging from Urban Arterial design to Interstate design.
