Kamson Corp. is implementing state-of-the art energy efficiency and conservation measures across portions of the multi-family portfolio to help reduce its carbon footprint, reduce energy expense and create more comfortable homes. As Sr. Director, Energy Management, my responsibilities include reviewing facility and property energy audits, utility data mining and analysis, and coordinating consultants completing Energy Reduction Plans. I also coordinate an aggressive campaign to replace common area lighting throughout the multi-family portfolio with LED components and equipment.
