Createch works with clients to significantly improve their profitability through the optimization of their business processes and the implementation of technological solutions. As part of the Microsoft Business Solutions division we implemented ERP and CRM solutions based on the Dynamics platform as well as developing solutions within the Azure cloud. In my capacity as Director IT and Development I was responsible for the development of tailored accounting solutions utilizing Microsoft Business Central ERP. Following an Agile approach, I supported my team through all phases of development including analysis, design, build, test, deploy and support. In this role I was also responsible for business development activities. In partnership with marketing we developed a marketing/sales strategy to engage potential clients, from product introduction, conferences to proposals.

OLG conducts and manages gaming facilities, the sale of province-wide lottery games, PlayOLG internet gaming, bingo and other electronic gaming products at Charitable Gaming Centres. During this employment period OLG had approx. 8,500 employees located at 21 sites across the province. In my role of Manager, IT Client Services, I managed the support of incidents and requests for IT technology and services across the province of Ontario. Our annual departmental budget was approximately 4 million dollars which supported the operation of approx. 3,500 laptops, 1,000 mobile devices, 500+ printers and 20+ video conference end points. While at OLG I worked with internal customers to identify opportunities to improve service delivery through the introduction of new technologies. As part of our service modernization strategy I was responsible for the development and implementation of ServiceNow Request Management.

Sutherland is a business process outsourcer providing contact center support services across the Globe. As part of the Gateway Technical Support Team we provided technical support assistance for desktop/laptop customers in the United States. As Program Manager I provided strategic direction to the program to exceed financial goals and worked with the Service Alliance Manager(client) to achieve required metrics and maximize performance of program. During my two years with the program we grew our team from 200 to 650 agents providing technical support, sales, and customer service. During this time I worked closely with our development team based in India to create a corporate wide performance management tool to integrate workforce management, quality, training and reporting.
