My position with Engineering Services is to identify, source and place engineering professionals on either a contract or permanent basis with selected high level clients on a nationwide basis.

 Build a rapport with Client end-users and departments; foster working knowledge of account Take request for contract labor, perform intake with managers ensuring clear and conscience job requirements, key responsibilities using defined operating procedures Negotiate compensation at appropriate EMR levels (Pay, Bill, Mob/Demob, expenses, reimbursements etc.), utilizing guidelines as set forth in the Client contract Consistently and timely create work orders, input assignment and supplier data into the appropriate systems (APT), create and maintain work orders, computer files etc. Ensure candidates are appropriately pre-screened and records are coded appropriately and remain up to date in accordance with FPL’S Policies and Procedures Meets with Client end-users to review qualified candidates; forward applicant materials respecting any matters of confidentiality; follows-up with Client supervisory personnel and schedules interviews as appropriate; coordinates offers of employment as appropriate Follow-up with Clients regularly to ensure satisfaction with the performance of newly placed individuals on assignment; maintains contact with end user of recently placed candidates to promptly addresses any issues either party may be having; provide appropriate feedback and/or counsel to Staffing Suppliers; communicate termination of assignments to appropriate Staffing Supplier in accordance with policy set forth in SPA Focus efforts on Client retention and satisfaction; continually working to enhance my relationships; utilizing quality control methods to ensure Client remains well satisfied with Guidant Group’s on-site management services

Direct source ERP sales professionals as SAP revamped their entire sales force. This included cold calling potential sales personnel at competitor sites, qualifying them through phone interviews, set up on site interviews with SAP management personnel, negotiate compensation packages and complete entire on boarding procedures.
