I've been very fortunate in my life. Working as a Manager in the Building Maintenance and Construction field has given me the chance to do what I have loved to do basically my whole life, starting when I was a young boy. Building and fixing things has been one of my passions. I've also been very fortunate to be driven to succeed in everything I do. With that said, no one person is perfect, me included, but I can always promise my absolute best effort.

  As a Building Maintenance Manager, one of the most important aspects of my job was to lead by example. I wanted to be able to get my hands dirty and actually teach my team how to properly execute every part of the project. I never asked them to do something I couldn't do or wouldn't do. Another important part of my job was making sure I communicate all pieces of the project puzzle clearly and fully, and bring my team together to work as one unit. The top priority for my team and I was to take care of approximately 700 employees in our building daily. Whether they needed their cubical reconfigured, or two offices built, or a ballast installed, or many, many other tasks and projects done for them, they could always rely on our Maintenance Dept. The list of different projects I have completed in my 22 years is staggering. To highlight a few to include new carpet, twice, in the entire 150,000 square foot building, countless new offices and doors, countless new cubicles or reconfigurations, painting of the entire building numerous times, 8000 lineal feet of vinyl base, remodeling of 10 commercial restrooms, 10 new coffee stations with cabinets, maintenance of our lawn sprinkler system that covered approximately 40 acres, maintained up to 26 vehicles, maintained safe and clear walkways and parking in winter, remodeled our employee cafeteria, various roof repairs, and many, many other cleaning and daily tasks.
