Parachute and survival systems expert. 50 years experience spanning 22 years active duty US Navy parachute Rigger, 19.5 years Naval Air Systems Command Civil Servant in the Aircrew Systems discipline and the last 8 years contracting to PMA 202 supervising an OBOGS Test Team solving the T-45 oxygen system issues at the USN/USMC primary Jet Training commands. I've served In several overseas commands including Japan, Spain, Iceland and serving as Maintenance Control and Quality Assurance Lead at deployment sites such as Greece, Turkey and Ascension Island. I've severed in and lead engineering teams to 8 different Navy Aircraft Carriers through the Fleet Liaison Program that I created for indoctrinating new engineering staff being assigned to the Human Systems Department at Patuxent River, MD. I was chosen to build the Advanced Maritime Technology Center (AMTC) onboard Naval air Station, Patuxent River where I acquired and held a USCG Merchant Mariner Credentials and operated several of the Navy's and Coast Guard Combatant Craft across the Chesapeake Bay. As the AMTC Manager I managed and scheduled a small fleet of 20 combatant craft ranging from 20' tenders to 125' Coastal Patrol vessels including the US Navy's experimental "Stiletto" including her very technical haul-out and maintenance periods with a specially rebuilt 360 Long-Ton "Synchrolift". I personally managed the facility's $10M annual O&M budget.
