This role requires close multi-departmental collaboration with Engineering, R&D, Software, Clinical and Medical Affairs, Regulator Affairs and Product Management. The target audience for these courses are Doctors, Nurses, Service and Applications Engineers, Field Service Engineers and Clinical Applications Specialists.I am also responsible for the in-house training program, which educates Technical procedures (installation, maintenance and repair of the various product lines). to both Ziemer Service and Application Engineers as well as Partner (Distributor) Field Service Engineers. The training program also educates application specific courses to Ziemer Service and Applications Engineers and Partner Clinical Application Specialists, including Lasik, Intracorneal Rings, Intrastromal Pockets, Keratoplasties (partial or full corneal transplants) as well as Lenticule Extraction (CLEAR).Responsibilities also include development and maintenance of internal departmental processes, such as service reporting, training concept etc. Show less
