I had a recent retiree tell me, "I feel lost." I know the feeling. It took me 10 years after I retired to find my purpose. I help people live pono, in harmony, with each other and with their environment. Change is happening faster than anyone anticipated. The workplace is changing, our Government is changing, and the world we live in is changing. We have to anticipate and plan for how those changes will affect our lives. I can help you look into the future and take control of your life.No one can foretell the future, but we can look at trends and be prepared to respond to what may happen. I live on Oahu. Climate specialists forecast more and stronger hurricanes. Our food supply chain is fragile and can be disrupted by something as simple as a longshoreman strike. I have a month's supply of freeze-dried food for my family. Our electricity grid goes down even in good weather. In a major storm we could be without electricity of a week or more. I have a solar charging uninterruptable power supply (UPS) to keep my freezer cool and to operate my wife's hospital bed and oxygen generator.I am a proponent of living resiliently.
