Manage musical productions on Broadway and on tour in the US/Canada and several international destinations. Responsible for administering Production and Operating Budgets, Employee Contracts, Weekly Accounting, Payroll and Expense Reimbursements. Plan and coordinate company touring logistics - employee travel, hotels and local transportation. Responsible for overseeing H-R related issues with employees to ensure that all issues are handled in a fair and equitable manner, and in line with union and statutory mandates. Coordinate press and publicity events with national press agent and local marketing reps. • Plan travel logistics for touring productions; develop itineraries, schedule travel, book hotels.• Coordinate press and publicity events with local venue and national press rep.• Process employee compensation, benefits and employment contracts.• Review employee expense reports; review P&L statements and process payments. • Administer performance contracts with venue and event management teams.

• Prepare large-scale resident and touring theatrical companies - Broadway & Int'l markets.• Manage individual theatrical productions: promote creative process; coordinate planning process with producing partners, investors, creative team and vendors.• Negotiate employment contracts.• Establish personnel and management practices.
