• Led multiple new product develop programs which ultimately led to the development of an all-in-one command and control UAS controller solution that was later fielded to the UAS market.

• Developed and continued to refine the Management Operating System (MOS) to ensure that any issue would be captured on a Rolling Action Item List (RAIL).
• Managed Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) Programs; OH-58D Health and Usage Monitoring System (HUMS), CH-47D HUMS, and Republic Singapore Air Force (RSAF) HUMS, all of which included cost and schedule management.

• Provided expert advice in developing the administrative and management policies and program proposals used for the UH-60 Tail Rotor Gearbox Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) Test Program.
• Prepared Statements of Work’s (SOW) and CDRL’s on behalf of the Redstone Aviation Propulsion Test & Research facility (RAPTR) that were used to successfully solicit contracts with commercial vendors for program support.
• Developed organizational charts, contact lists, milestone charts, budgets for work modules, schedules and other information to facilitate the monitoring and execution of the successful test programs at RAPTR.
• Provided a high level of technical competence used in the project coordination for numerous activities to ensure that all elements of testing were in order utilizing the Integrated Product Team (IPT) process.
• Responsible for driving the decision-making process for test programs at RAPTR and program execution for the UH-60 Tail Rotor Gearbox CBM Test which kept the program successfully on-time and under budget.

• Provided oversight of the Tear Down Analyses conducted at the Redstone Technical Test Center to ensure that analysis objectives were met, and information gathered was provided to the requested Functional Divisions.
• Prepared and budgetary proposals that were used to successfully win test programs for the RAPTR facility.
• Developed and maintained the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with MS Project for each of the test programs executed at the RAPTR facility.
• Designed and implemented the Seeded Fault Testing Process that was used by all the Army aircraft platforms to include UH-60, AH-64, and CH-47.
• Assisted in the development and application of Earned Value Management (EVM) system used by the CBM office to track, monitor, and determine execution value of CBM test programs.
