Bill is currently focused on new market rollouts and national store expansion programs for several up and coming as well as established brands.Bill began his career in 2003 working for a large privately owned St. Louis developer, where he focused on shopping center leasing and tenant representation. In 2005, he transitioned to the mall world, working exclusively on the mall property portfolio for CBL Properties (formerly Westfield).In 2013, Bill was hired by Rouse Properties, Inc. which owned and managed 35 regional malls and retail centers in 21 states encompassing approximately 24 million square feet. During his tenure, Bill oversaw 12 properties in the portfolio spanning Michigan, Illinois, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, North Carolina, Maryland, Mississippi, and Virginia. Six years later, Bill refocused on the St. Louis market when Brookfield Properties acquired GGP shortly after its acquisition of Rouse, whose expansive portfolio included more than 170 locations across 43 states, representing over 150 million square feet of retail space.
