Joe Lodes joined the LCRE team in 2021 with 6 years of combined college internship and work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Motivated and diligent, Joe has quickly become a critical member of our brokerage team working on both tenant and landlord representation.Joe began his commercial real estate career as a Senior Transaction Coordinator with Cushman & Wakefield’s portfolio services center, specializing in the WW (formerly Weight Watchers) account. Joe worked in both the Chicago and St. Louis offices.At LCRE, Joe has become an active team player on our property leasing team, providing services to institutional REITs as well as local landlords.In recognition of his dedication and commitment, Joe was honored with the Crexi Platinum Broker award for 2024 in the lease category, placing him among the top 1% of all users on Crexi. This acknowledgment is a testament to Joe’s hard work and proficiency in the commercial real estate industry.Joe is a graduate of Maryville University St. Louis, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Financial Services.
