• Manage an 8 person Contracting department, which is responsible for fraud detection, enrollment and maintenance, and various research escalations.• Directly handle fraud identification escalations.• Oversee fraud detections among online registrations.• Establish and document departmental processes in accordance with new releases.• Work with software developers to identify optimal design for company and customer.• Perform UAT to identify defects in software prior to release.• Train new hires on company and department policy and procedures.• Train and re-train current employees on processes and procedures.• Manage relationships with multiple sponsoring partner banks and merchant processors.• Investigate and resolve escalated customer issues related to payment card and eCheck processing.• Lead Contracting team to meet Service Level Agreements in various fields.• Work with underwriters and healthcare providers to establish Merchant accounts.• Prepare, analyze and distribute reports to company executives and departments.
