Within this role at MW, I am now moving into over seeing the Rough lumber from the logs coming into the Sawmill, through to the planer infeed. The Quality Control portion on the breakdown from logs to lumber and then also how we dry at the Dry Kiln's. Managing the cost, people, maintenance of the Kiln's and how we manage this inventory. Looking forward to the new challenge
