I provide cyber, EW, engineering and management consultancy to our many UK and international clients. Example deliverables are Cyber Investigations, technical advice, National Cyber Risk Assessments and innovation bids.

World Wide

In my free time as a Mountain Leader and a CIMSPA Coaching Practitioner, I lead, assess, coach and train mixed ability and mixed age groups and have worked freelance for many outdoor clients (e.g. expeditions and team building) and sports clients(e.g. S&C, triathlon, running and cycling). This work has taken me around the UK and Europe as well as Africa.

Malvern

I led a team of talented professionals and was responsible for growing, winning, sustaining and delivering the cyber capability and making sure that it best met the needs of the business. I delivered CVIs both as a delivery lead and a customer friend.

Cheltenham

Working within the Small Display Avionics area I led a large and dedicated international engineering team on product design, development, flight approval and transfer to manufacture. The most memorable project was the Integrated Standby Instrument System.

Tewkesbury

Working within the EW Division I managed and led numerous project managers, IRAD, CRAD, Product Development, Sustaining and International Customer Delivery projects as well as bids and subcontractors; mainly on Spectrum Surveillance but also on the ECM range of products.

Working directly and by association with Blue DCS, I provided support to companies such as GRC Ltd, 3SDL, Boeing and L-3 TRL. My roles were varied and included managing vehicle integration projects, change management, Offset management, bid preparation, trials support and providing customer directed consultation support.

I had a varied and rewarding career in the Army as a R SIGNALS Officer where I left as a Lieutenant Colonel. My last appointment was as the Commanding Officer of a R SIGNALS regiment and I was also lucky enough to work as a Weapons Staff Officer at DERA Malvern and as a Requirements Manager within the SP CISR IPT at the DPA.
