Extensive litigation practice included contract disputes, real estate, water law, banking law, trusts, construction law, products liability, wrongful discharge and various commercial matters. Successfully represented clients on zoning matters in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Apache Junction and Mohave County. Represented clients on legislative matters and before various governmental agencies.

Lead attorney in complex litigation including representing the valley cities in federal and state lawsuits challenging the effluent agreement between these cities and the utilities that own the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station.
