I am responsible for surfacing, cultivating, building, launching and buying new businesses. I have held various corporate development, product development and strategic planning roles for over two decades. I have experience in both Fortune 500 and high growth start-up environments having worked for Fluor Corp. (FLR), a leading global engineering and construction firm, Red Sky Interactive (an Omnicom agency, now Designory), a full service interactive agency, Georgeson Inc., the world’s oldest and most highly regarded proxy solicitation firm, and Computershare (CPU.AUX), the largest and only true global shareholder and employee management services firm in the world. Current areas of focus include capital markets applications for blockchain & distributed ledger technologies as well as dynamic wealth transfer applications to millennials & generation Z. Also interested in design thinking, lean start-up, artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR) and Internet of things (IoT).
