This web application included account portfolio and work queue management tools, administrative functions, numerous high-level reports and a detailed search function. Also leveraged .NET web services to expose reporting functions to separate corporate teams in an XML format (WSDL). - Administered multiple RDBM systems in support of key metrics reporting via interactive web interfaces. Full support of data storage, retrieval, and consistency. Disaster management enhanced by implementing redundant backup and replication procedures.
