Thanks for checking out my LinkedIn profile today. I was born in Washington, DC, and spent my early years in Baltimore. We moved to Northern Delaware when I was a child and I lived there most of my life, working in the hospitality industry as well as the construction industry.I started my own construction company specializing in Universal Design, and around the same time, I met Kathy Sperl (2000) and became a "Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist."We married in January 2003 and I obtained my real estate license in 2006. Kathy and I started Active Adults Realty in Delaware in 2010 and sold it in 2021. At Active Adults Realty, we focused on Buyers and Sellers relocating to Delaware at or just before retirement.
