CloudOps Manager is responsible for the North American team of Cloud Operations Engineers supporting the Guidewire Cloud Platform. The Cloud Operations (CloudOps) team is part of the global Customer & Cloud Operations (CCO) organization, delivering 24x7 cloud services to the world’s largest insurers in the P&C industry. The Cloud Ops team is dedicated to running software that improves the reliability of systems in production, serving hundreds of customers and supporting millions of transactions each day.

Network Engineering support for a dynamic AWS cloud-based network consisting of network resources that support multi-tiered HA/Clustered AWS Transit Routing, Firewalls, Load balancers and Monitoring capabilities using various cloud services within AWS. Other services supported include Palo Alto NGFW, Cisco routers, and operating systems (Windows and Linux). This role involves coordinating with internal teams to plan, design, and schedule the release of all software, updates and upgrades. This high-volume platform operates out of multiple data centers and cloud environments.
