The project employed 40 IBA Oracle programmers and 10 network engineers, allowing IBA to deploy one of the largest Oracle financials and custom manufacturing deployments at the time.• Performed WAN installation for Norwest Banking and Mortgage allowing access to IBA’s secured mortgage claims processing center implementing CMAX, a mortgage claims processing program, designed by IBA’s Oracle development team.• Performed emergency network analysis of a LAN/WAN for a law firm that was one of Florida’s largest providers of mortgage banking related legal services. A network analysis was completed, several issues were identified, an action plan was implemented and the network issues were corrected. A report was presented to the client for ongoing maintenance.• Managed the network and servers for US West Business Resources, Inc. with offices across 14 states. Supported IBA’s Oracle development team in developing and delivering one of the first Oracle centralized contract management systems to US West BRI. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the LAN/WAN connectivity for 35 Novell file servers, three Windows NT servers supporting approximately 1500 users.
