I was the Lead Systems Assurance Advisor for the South West Region on the Regional Rail Revival Program - Warrnambool Line Upgrade Stages 1 & 2.Client Feedback: Bill provided systems engineering and assurance consultancy services to the Regional Rail Revival program at RPV as part of the RRR Assurance team from Jan 2022 to Feb 2023. Bill was a very professional and highly competent consultant, he was able to quickly pickup tasks and understand the requirements of the role. With Bill’s project management skill set he was able to easily liaise with our project management teams and delivery partners to ensure the assurance processes were adhered to and the correct artefacts delivered. Providing professional project management consulting services to Metro Trains Melbourne, representing TSA Management.In this role, i was working as a project manager for SEPA in the development of the next four level crossings at Bedford, Dublin, Coolstore, and Cave Hill Road sites. My involvement with the project has been working alongside the Jacobs and Laing O'Rourke teams and other stakeholders to ensure operational & design requirements, exceptions, and waivers are managed. This has involved preparation of documentation including; DOORs requirements management, reviewing contractual documentation including the PRS to the level of inclusion of relevant ARTO standards, development of final operational requirements, prs-for-standards traces, workshop presentations, preparing documentation for executive endorsement, extensive stakeholder/SME engagement and management to achieve suitable outcomes for the alliance team.

Project: HCMT Pakenham East TMFRole: CAD EngineerContribution: Drafting and coordination of Track, OHLE, Drainage and CSR packages, document control, BIM modelling of OHLE for the HCMT Facility, clash detection studies, design management support.Award: For displaying considerable dedication, strong initiative and ownership whilst still settling in to Jacobs, from controlling and documenting over 500 Track & OHLE drawings, to on time completion of deliverables in-line with project commitments to Downer. Award: Award of Excellence – For exceeding expectations and making a significant contribution to the successful delivery of two consecutive rail overhead packages under volatile and difficult conditions working with resources from multiple project offices with a variety of cultural backgrounds.
