Bill Doyle is an original Founder and Managing Partner of Equity Oak Ventures. Mr. Doyle formed Equity Oak Ventures in March 2022 with Chris Elmendorf who has since ventured into speculative development outside of EOV but remains a key senior adviser to the firm. In September 2024, Eric Lupinski joined EOV as a Managing Partner and brought with him over 20years of institutional commercial real estate experience to EOV. Mr. Doyle has more than twenty-five years of experience in acquiring, leasing, structuring, and disposing of commercial real estate projects in excess of $1.5 billion and more than 4 million square feet. Prior to forming EOV in March 2022, Bill was the foundational investment officer hired at Drawbridge Realty to lead the transformation of that company from a high-net-worth family office to an institutional investment private REIT where the portfolio grew from $150 million to $1.7 billion in its December 2021 recap. Mr. Doyle has a Master’s of Business Administration Degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University.
