Assure that the resulting Edge Testing Tool (ETT) is fully compliant with HIPAA, FISMA, NIST, FIPS and HHS security and privacy directives. Lead the Agile development, enhancement, implementation and support of the ETT. Merge SITE and ETT into single platform under .GOV domain. Use JIRA for Scrum management, bug, enhancement and issue tracking, and integrate Confluence wiki and Bitbucket/GitHub for code management and collaboration. Projects running on 9 AMIs in Amazon AWS GovCloud.
