Coordinated production of best practices information warehouse to help with streamlining key standard operating procedures. Initiated the combination of best practices from Records Management, Data Management, and Configuration Management into a comprehensive workflow/supply chain that ensures improved quality of business processes. Produced a strategic plan that helps to improve coordination between Records Managers and Configuration Management staff in coordinating Remedy Change Requests related to records and information. Requests include cloud migrations, technology upgrades, and decommission of systems. Created a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) that treats key Records Management business processes/documents as configuration items (CI's). Some of these items includes SOPS, Records Schedules, File Plans, and documented workflows. The CMDB helps to track and ensure consistent implementation and serves as a process improvement tool. Was part of a working group that is identifying best ways to insert RIM into key IT process areas such as Acquisition, Systems design, and Operations/Maintenance. Produced strategy documents that provided guidance for executive IT managers for best ways to insert RIM at minimal cost and disruption to project life cycles. Led an effort to document and map out SharePoint repositories to prepare for a deployment of an upgrade release.
