Leads consulting teams across Canada which provide consulting services in Career Transition, Career Mobility, and Career Development. Working with the Market Leader team across North America, I develop and implement strategic and tactical changes to policies and processes which create a high quality of experience for the individual clients and staff in career transition, while also ensuring operational efficiency . Led a 15 member Canadian Home-Based (virtual) career management consulting team for Right Management across Canada. Responsible for quality assurance, recruiting and program content review. Developed innovative virtual coaching solutions with other North American colleagues. Served as strategic business partner acknowledged for building successful relationships and leading teams to delight our clients. Enhanced virtual group coaching experience for Canadian clients by employing new web-room and web-cam technologies and coaching processes. Co-led internal Annual People Survey process for two years, which involved analyzing and making recommendations on survey data to senior management, as well as conducting focus groups.

Served as Director of Program Delivery for Career Transition Services, a project which enabled Canadian Forces members to successfully make career transitions to the civilian work-world. •Led a 50-member national career management consulting team that delivered over 700, 3-day career transition workshops to approximately 85% of the Canadian Forces bases across Canada between 2007 and 2012. Approximately 5,000 Canadian Force Members and Veterans participated. Each gave Right Management an average individual workshop evaluation score of 4.8 out of 5, or 96% satisfaction.•Implemented a highly customized, military-to-civilian 1:1 coaching program, including a comprehensive manual, for CF members and veterans. The program included career assessment, career planning, job search and job finding assistance components.

Served as senior career management consultant in a Greater Toronto Area• office, providing 1:1 career coaching to individual clients at all organizational levels with career planning and job searching.Redesigned Right Management’s entrepreneurship program for the Greater Toronto Area in 2005 and relaunched it as the “Right Venture Program”. Average workshop satisfaction exceeded 90%.
