His experience includes Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments; project, technical management and field support for soil and groundwater investigations, petroleum, industrial and hazardous waste sites; and design and implementation of soil and groundwater remediation plans and systems. Mr. Frederick has extensive experience in bid document preparation and subcontractor management as they apply to technical scopes, remediation system installations, and operation of existing remediation systems. Mr. Frederick also has extensive experience in oversight of emergency spill response.Mr. Frederick has extensive experience in Air Emissions Sampling; Air Emissions Modeling; and Air Emissions Permitting.
