Direct and support the EHS program in all ES Repair Service facilities throughout the country. Provide support to Corporate as required, maintain budgetary and fiscal responsibility for EHS program at the NSC, and liaise with local, state and federal regulatory agencies. Develop, implement, and manage Environmental, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, and Safety Programs in accordance with OAI's needs within the framework of applicable federal, state, county and local regulations. Manage environmental programs that include hazardous waste (solid, liquid, and sludge), biological waste, universal waste and air emissions quality. Technical and compliance aspects. Manage occupational health programs which include indoor air quality, local exhaust ventilation (LEV), injury and illness prevention, and worker's compensation. Manage safety programs which includes worker's safety, industrial safety, fire safety, ergonomics, HazCom, process work evaluation, accident investigation, safety trainings for employees, and chemical safety.
