Bill, who has over 20 years of real estate and securities investment experience, joined PREI from HVB Capital Management in New York, where he managed a European-listed mutual fund (Pioneer/Activest), private client assets, and a broad-based U.S. equities trading strategy. Bill received several industry awards for investment performance.Earlier in his career, Bill was responsible for public securities and direct real estate strategies at a New York-based opportunity fund and a sovereign wealth fund. He also served at the Urban Land Institute in Washington, D.C., where he authored papers on national policy issues. Bill is a former member of NAREIT’s Board of Governors Institutional Investor Advisory Committee and served on the editorial advisory board of Real Estate Portfolio magazine.
