Coordinate with all aspects of production to ensure that projects meet standards for quality, consistency, speed and satisfaction.Maintain an organizational system for all projects timelines and statuses to be used to customer updating and companywide reporting.Establish project budgets/fees, including quantifying and forecasting labor costs and program specific P&Ls.Work with customers to establish scope, pricing, terms and create documentation for onsite processes.Complete deliverable audits, program pricing reviews, and prepared daily/weekly updates.Work with Marketing team on client outreach for new and existing clients.Approve and process payments of vendors weekly for 3 different phases of projects. Manage all customer relations across multiple ongoing project programs while establishing company collection policies and requirements.
