About Billie Bennett

As a fourth year Materials Engineering and Biomedical Science student at Monash University, I am interested in the development of materials and healthcare technology. My experience as a Healthcare Innovation Summer Scholar has exposed me to the process involved in healthcare technology, from the identification of a gap in the system to getting the product on the market. This, along with my volunteering role with Monash Engineering Students' Society, has given me the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people and develop my knowledge and communication skills.
