- Provide customized solutions for the Legal and Federal Government customers based on their use case using APIs. - Responsible for assisting Legal and Federal Government customers who want to integrate LexisNexis content into their workflow internally. - Work through the entire sales lifecycle with sales reps and customers from initial scoping meetings through to technical implementation and ongoing technical support.

• Spearhead and expand Alliance opportunities by providing solutions; including Data as a Service (DaaS), "Know Your Customer" (KYC) and Cloud Strategy/Data Lakes.• Responsible for assisting Global Alliances and DaaS customers who want to integrate LexisNexis content into their environment to address business challenges and create value-added revenue streams. • Work through the entire sales lifecycle with sales reps and customers from initial scoping meetings through to technical implementation and ongoing technical support.• Work extensively with key stakeholders at both customer level (typically CTO / technical leaders) and internally (right up to SLT level).• Operate as “ears on the ground” and the voice of the customer in terms of understanding potentials issues with our products/content and tasked with feeding this back into our organization. This helps with retention of existing clients and developing new opportunities/use-cases.• Regularly attend industry shows and conferences to promote LexisNexis solutions and to keep abreast of latest industry issues and challenges and understand how we can better evolve our solutions to address these.• Responsible for implementing alliances related to our content licensing through multiple API’s and ensuring that usage is tracked and reported.• Provide detailed data flows that shows the process of how our content will provide value to their solution to address open questions before the agreement is in place.

• Provide support for 400+ customers for the Northeast, Midwest and Puerto Rico Region. • Assist new hires with transitioning into the company seamlessly, addressing their technology needs.• Manage computers using LANdesk and Active Directory• Primary phone switch administrator in many of the field offices. Primary responsibility is to create, modify or remove extensions.

• Upgrade machines to Windows XP and migrate machines to a new domain called Legal.• Work with Active Directory to add, change or remove a machine from the domain. • Interact with clients to ensure seamless migration to domain.

• Planned, managed, and implemented (multi-tasked) various projects for RCC.• Responsible for day to day operations of RCC.• Kept staff up to date with current information. • Researched & troubleshot computer viruses.
