My experience spans over five years as a personal trainer, where I helped clients achieve transformative results through individualized strength training programs. My work as a clinical exercise physiologist intern has furthered my expertise in cardiopulmonary health, patient care, and vital sign monitoring. In addition, my time as a warehouse supervisor allowed me to develop strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Managing teams in high-pressure environments has equipped me with the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts while fostering a culture of accountability and growth. These management skills translate directly to coaching, where overseeing athletes' development, guiding them toward peak performance, and creating structured training plans require effective leadership and teamwork.I aim to enhance athletic performance through evidence-based training methods. With a strong foundation in exercise science and a relentless commitment to personal and professional growth, I am excited to contribute to the success of athletes and teams at the collegiate or professional level. As a strength and conditioning coach, I will leverage my experience in both management and exercise science to inspire athletes, optimize their performance, and drive team success.
