This work led to his current role at Sinch Voice where he is responsible for Microsoft Operator Connect, Enterprise SIP Trunking and other BYOC programs. I am one of the primary technical resources for the sales associates on Hosted PBX products including: Broadsoft platform features, Broadsoft user applications (UC-One, Call Center agent, Call Center Supervisor, Receptionist), physical handsets (Polycom, Cisco, Yealink), voice gateways, PoE switches, LAN/WAN networking, voice quality, and more. In addition I support associated WAN connectivity options for delivering Hosted UC solutions: T1, Bandwidth Aggregation, Fiber, MPLS, Ethernet over Copper, etc. I am responsible for actively driving and managing the technology solutions of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical adviser and product advocate for Evolve IP products. I work with our clientele to articulate technology and product positioning to both business management and technical users. I identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process and maintain strong relationships throughout the customer lifecycle- ensuring proper support with Service Delivery implementation, Voice Engineering and Customer Support Center personnel.

Experienced in the Data and Telecommunications industry - Carrier, Data Networks, Hosted VoIP Systems/Services and Traditional Voice Services - As the Carrier Sales Engineer I am responsible for the design, execution and quality of both Hosted and Premise Based PBX solutions, Carrier services such as MPLS/Internet/Voice solutions, and any Data Infrastructure or Security appliances sold. I support our sales personnel in potential new client presentations, proposal creation, design, configuration, validation, and pricing accuracy to close sales opportunities. I train the sales professionals, project management and technical personnel who need to know and understand the carrier topology, applications, VoIP, SIP applications, network readiness, and other related products and concepts. In addition to my engineering duties, I lead the development of and maintain 3 in house cloud platforms (Asterisk, Broadsoft, Silhouette). I perform demonstrations and capabilities of each platform, deploy, test, and review new software applications, endpoints, and other SIP related devices. In review of said testing I make recommendations to senior management of hardware and software performance for future portfolio offerings.

I have served as the Technical overlay between Sales and Operations. In this role I am responsible for the successful delivery of complex services such as Dynamic MPLS/Internet/Voice for multi-location facilities.
